For repair jobs, you pay a minimum callout charge covering the first hour. After assessing the issue, the tradesperson will inform you if a repair is feasible.

Should the repair take longer than an hour, the extra time is billed in 30-minute increments, plus the cost of materials. If a repair isn’t possible, you’ll only be charged for the callout, and the tradesperson will recommend the best course of action, possibly suggesting a replacement.
