How is pricing determined?

Our pricing is straightforward: you pay an hourly rate for most tasks, plus the cost of any required materials. There’s a one-hour minimum charge, with any additional time billed in 30-minute increments. For larger projects, such as renovations or construction, we’ll provide a custom quotation.

What are the payment options?

When you book a service, you’ll pay for the first hour as a minimum charge. Any extra time and materials will be billed once the job is completed. We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. No need to worry about cash.

How are your tradespeople certified and vetted?

Our tradespeople are seasoned professionals with the following certifications:

•Electrician: NICEIC Approved

•Gas & Heating Engineer: Gas Safe Registered

•Appliance Engineer: F-Gas Certified

•Drainage Specialist: WJA Approved

We also gather feedback and reviews after each job to ensure our tradespeople maintain a high standard of service.

How does a repair service work?

For repair jobs, you pay a minimum callout charge covering the first hour. After assessing the issue, the tradesperson will inform you if a repair is feasible.

Should the repair take longer than an hour, the extra time is billed in 30-minute increments, plus the cost of materials. If a repair isn’t possible, you’ll only be charged for the callout, and the tradesperson will recommend the best course of action, possibly suggesting a replacement.

Can I book multiple tasks at once?

Yes, if you have several tasks for the same tradesperson, simply detail each one in the ‘job details’ section of the booking form.

Sergio and his friend turned up and worked their magic to get the door open (which involved Sergio crawling through my Kitchen window(!) to get outside and pop the door open).
