Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations
  • Free if done 24 hours before the appointment.

  • If less than 24h, a minimum job fee will be charged.

  1. No-Show

If the customer is not present or reachable at the scheduled time, the same minimum fee applies.

  1. Refunds

Refunds will be issued:

  • If service cannot be delivered due to provider error

  • If service is not as described and complaint is validated

All refund requests must be made within 48 hours after service delivery.
