Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations
- Free if done 24 hours before the appointment.
- If less than 24h, a minimum job fee will be charged.
- No-Show
If the customer is not present or reachable at the scheduled time, the same minimum fee applies.
- Refunds
Refunds will be issued:
- If service cannot be delivered due to provider error
- If service is not as described and complaint is validated
All refund requests must be made within 48 hours after service delivery.
